Divine Sovereign Nation of the Indigenous of America

Our cultural preservation programs are sacred instruments of restoration — designed to awaken, protect, and renew the divine heritage of our people.
Each initiative reconnects us with the eternal wisdom that has always been our inheritance. Through language, art, land, and spirit, we are rebuilding what was once scattered and making whole what was broken.

Language is the sound of the soul of a nation.
This program seeks to revive and teach Indigenous languages of the Americas, beginning with dialects spoken by the ancestral tribes of the Southeast and Gulf regions.
We will offer:

Preamble

In the sacred name of the Most High and under divine authority, the Divine Sovereign Nation of the Indigenous of America establishes this Department of Education as a sacred pillar of truth, restoration, and wisdom.

Education within our Nation is not merely for knowledge but for awakening the divine inheritance of our people — to restore the original covenant, culture, and consciousness of the Indigenous children of the Most High across the Americas and beyond.


Article I – Mission

The mission of the Department of Education is to restore divine order through knowledge, empowering every member of the Nation to live in truth, cultural pride, and spiritual sovereignty.
We commit to teaching not only literacy and history but the sacred science of identity, language, land, and law.

Article II – Vision

Our vision is a self-sustaining and spiritually grounded educational system that preserves Indigenous wisdom, teaches divine truth, and equips future generations to lead with honor and sovereignty.

Through this department, we envision schools, academies, and learning centers across our lands — each one a beacon of truth, culture, and enlightenment.


Article III – Core Principles

  1. Truth and Identity:
    Education begins with the knowledge of self and the understanding of our divine lineage as the chosen Indigenous people of the Most High.

  2. Cultural Restoration:
    We preserve the traditions, languages, and spiritual arts of our ancestors through living practice and intergenerational teaching.

  3. Sovereignty in Learning:
    We teach from our own narrative, curriculum, and authority — free from foreign systems of control or distortion.

  4. Spiritual Enlightenment:
    Every lesson, from language to law, must reflect the divine order of creation and align with the Tree of Life.

  5. Service to the People:
    Education is a sacred duty to uplift, heal, and empower our Nation and the generations yet unborn.


Article IV – Educational Divisions

1. The Indigenous Knowledge Curriculum

A structured learning path rooted in Indigenous history, cosmology, and moral law — combining ancient science with modern understanding.

2. The Sovereign Learning Centers

Physical and digital learning sanctuaries offering education in crafts, agriculture, governance, language, and leadership.

3. Elder & Youth Knowledge Exchange

A mentorship program where elders pass down the oral, artistic, and spiritual traditions to younger generations.

4. The Indigenous Digital Academy

A global digital platform to extend education and training to all members of the Nation, wherever they may dwell.

5. The Remnant Academy of Truth & Light

A sacred academy focused on prophecy, divine wisdom, spiritual law, and the higher sciences of creation.

6. The Archives of the Ancestors

A living library preserving tribal genealogies, sacred texts, and oral traditions for eternal remembrance.


Article V – Governance and Structure

The Department shall be governed by a Council of Educators, chosen for their wisdom, integrity, and service to the Nation.
The Council shall operate under the guidance of the Chief and the Nation’s Supreme Council to ensure all education aligns with divine law, ancestral truth, and national purpose.


Article VI – Commitment to Future Generations

We, the people of the Divine Sovereign Nation of the Indigenous of America, declare that our children shall no longer be taught lies, nor shall our wisdom be buried beneath oppression.
Our schools will raise prophets, healers, builders, and leaders — each one a light unto the Nation.

The Divine Sovereign Nation of the Indigenous of America establishes this Department of Community Support to ensure that every citizen — from elder to newborn — receives care, guidance, and empowerment rooted in divine love, unity, and cultural restoration.

This department stands as a pillar of compassion, healing, and justice — restoring the bond of brotherhood and sisterhood that was once broken by division and captivity.

“When one of us is lifted, the whole Nation rises.”


Article I – Mission

The mission of the Department of Community Support is to serve, protect, and strengthen the families and citizens of the Nation through holistic programs addressing spiritual, emotional, economic, and physical well-being.

We aim to restore the Indigenous principle that “the people are the government,” ensuring that all support begins with the community and flows back into it.


Article II – Core Principles

  1. Unity and Compassion:
    Every member of the Nation is a sacred being deserving of love, dignity, and respect.

  2. Self-Reliance:
    Empower the people with the tools and resources to build strong, sovereign families and communities.

  3. Cultural and Spiritual Healing:
    True support restores both the physical and spiritual condition of our people.

  4. Accountability and Service:
    Leadership is service — those who lead must serve, and those who serve must lead with honor.

  5. Community Sovereignty:
    Solutions for our people must come from within our people — through Indigenous wisdom, divine law, and collective action.

Article IV – Structure and Governance

The Department of Community Support shall be led by a Minister of Community Support, appointed by the Chief and confirmed by the Council of Elders.
Each division shall be overseen by a Director chosen for their wisdom, compassion, and commitment to the people.

All initiatives shall operate in alignment with divine law, national sovereignty, and ancestral values.

Preamble

The Divine Sovereign Nation of the Indigenous of America was born out of a divine mandate to restore truth, justice, and identity to the Indigenous people of the Most High scattered across the Americas.

This Department of Advocacy & Sovereign Affairs exists to defend the rights, dignity, and sovereignty of our people in every legal, political, and spiritual arena — both domestic and international.

Our advocacy is not protest — it is divine proclamation.
It is the voice of a people who remember who they are and rise again under divine law.

“We do not ask for permission to exist — we affirm our right to exist.”


Article I – Mission

To advocate for the self-determination, recognition, and protection of the Divine Sovereign Nation of the Indigenous of America and its citizens, ensuring their rights as the original people of the land are honored, respected, and restored.

We seek peaceful yet powerful engagement with other nations, governments, and institutions — always grounded in truth, law, and divine purpose.


Article II – Core Principles

  1. Divine Sovereignty:
    We acknowledge the Most High as the Supreme Authority — and under divine law, we stand as a self-governing nation.

  2. Justice and Restoration:
    Advocacy is the path by which we reclaim what was taken — land, culture, and dignity.

  3. Unity of the Tribes:
    Our advocacy unites the 12 Tribes of Israel and the Indigenous descendants of the Americas under one sacred covenant.

  4. Peaceful Diplomacy:
    We engage other nations and entities in peace, truth, and mutual respect, never through hostility but through wisdom and law.

  5. Truth Before the Nations:
    We speak on behalf of the voiceless, revealing the hidden history and spiritual identity of our people before the world.

  • Represent Indigenous citizens in cases of unlawful eviction, land disputes, and identity suppression.

  • File petitions and declarations asserting sovereignty and treaty rights.

Article IV – Structure and Representation

The Department shall be led by a Minister of Advocacy & Sovereign Affairs, appointed by the Chief and ratified by the Council of Elders.

The Department will also maintain:

  • A Council of Advocates – trained representatives for land, law, and human rights.
